Tomorrow’s Never Certain
Sunday, February 12th, 2006The clock ticks swiftly,
As conversations drift by
I’m hating it so much
When the day rings the echoes of goodbye
I may not know when our spirits shall meet again.
For with you, tomorrow’s never certain.
===
You still got me in a daze,
I could use some clues to this mystery
We always have a blast, yet the warmth doesn’t last
The start of a fantasy soon ending up already.
==
Strings unattached, though everything’s worthwhile
Sparks danced with your every smile
And now that we’ve been acquainted with the truth,
I must not dwell on you…
No, I wouldn’t go that far again
For with you, tomorrow’s never certain.
